Comeback Trail 5K The Comeback Trail 5K on April 22, 2017 was a great success. The SCC was a mission sponsor for this event that was held by the National Stroke Association (NSA). A number of our members participated to raise money for the NSA. Comeback Trail...Stroke Comeback Center depends on private donors to keep the doors open. Our regular fee for members covers only 50% of our costs to provide quality programs. Over 25% of our members attend at a reduced fee.

Members watch 10-40 minute TED talk or chosen documentary at home then lead related discussions to the content during class time. This class is appropriate for members communicating at the conversation level.

Gentle/adaptive yoga class designed for participants with mobility challenges. Our skilled instructor gets to know each member and will meet you where you are in your yoga practice.
