2024 Thriving with AphasiaWe were honored to welcome a capacity crowd for the 3rd Annual Thriving with Aphasia celebration on June 20th. We enjoyed great live music from the Surf Jaguars and a truly inspirational program presented from Stroke Comeback Center members...Stroke Comeback Center depends on private donors to keep the doors open. Our regular fee for members covers only 50% of our costs to provide quality programs. Over 25% of our members attend at a reduced fee.

This class addresses memory and word finding skills at a conversational level. Discussions are encouraged.
All are welcome in this gentle mat-based or seated yoga class. Supporting a range of abilities and needs, this class is open to both members and care partners.

This class is for members with significant aphasia who want to improve their word level writing skills, play word games and practice using writing as a compensatory strategy for communication.
