    • This group focuses on getting a specific message across to other group members by talking.
    • This group is for members with aphasia or apraxia who use one to two spoken words at a time.

    • Practice communication skills while discussing a currently popular TV series.

    Writing Toolbox II
    • for practicing personal writing skills
    • for members who are able to write words and sentences
    Ask the Expert
    • each week have the opportunity to talk to different experts and get your questions answered about physical recovery, recreational opportunities, new research and ways to live better

    Cyber U.
    • take a free online course and discuss ideas, concepts and newly learned information
    • course will be determined by group during week 1

    Stronger than You Think Fitness
    • This class will work on improving strength, mobility, balance and agility by doing fun cardio and resistance exercises.  We will add activities to exercise our brains as well.  All levels are welcome.
    Music Therapy
    • Work in small groups with a nationally renowned music therapist to support verbal speech, engage memory, coordinate movement and communicate emotions.
    Start Your Motor
    • This group emphasizes communication through use of motor speech practice, automatic speech tasks and scripting for core functional words / phrases.
    Text Me
    • Structured practice reading and writing text messages on your smartphone. Members should bring their own device.
