Gentle/adaptive yoga class designed for participants with mobility challenges. Our skilled instructor gets to know each member and will meet you where you are in your yoga practice.

• A fun-filled and challenging HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) class. Each class will include four circuits of standing or seated exercises to give you a great, full-body workout. All abilities welcome.
